He is a qualified actuary and Deputy Chairman of the Association of Mutual Insurers.

Martin Endicott specialises in the clear transformation of strategy into deliverable operational components, maintaining transparent and clean reporting lines. He has considerable delivery experience of complex programmes including systems, process and cultural change operating at pace.

Martin has worked in financial services for 30 years, holding senior managerial and board positions in operations and information services for Britannic Assurance, Confederation Life and Sentry Insurance.

John Devlin specialises in delivering major and complex change programmes, particularly in the areas of cost reduction, business expansion, process re-engineering and technology driven change.

John has 40 years experience in change management, previously working for Barclays, Barclaycard, Lloyds/TSB, Legal & General, RBS/NatWest, Abbey, Unisys, IBM UK and Europe and, Littlewoods.

He is a Prince 2 Qualified Practitioner, Approved Assessor for Business Excellence Model and an Approved Facilitator in Control and Risk Self Assessment (CRSA).

Colin Nugent has considerable experience in assisting companies to understand the operational impact of proposed strategies, with specific expertise in corporate governance, compliance, customer services and direct sales.

In his 35 years financial services career, Colin has held various Directorships for Royal Liver Assurance and has worked for two Trustee Companies and an international IT company.

Andre Hefer specialises in managing strategic and operational change, with expert skills in due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, cost reduction, systems integration and compliance.

Andre has 30 years financial services experience, including 10 years in Board positions and has worked for Windsor Life Assurance Company, Coopers & Lybrand Deloitte (London) and Deloitte Haskins & Sells (Johannesburg).

He has a Degree in Economics and Accounting and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in South Africa.

Alec Macallan is a senior finance and project manager, specialising in compliance, strategic analysis and implementing initiatives for companies requiring rapid growth and change. He has substantial experience in establishing and improving compliance functions, as well as managing and training compliance teams.

Alec has 20 years experience holding Managing Director, Group Operations Director, Group Compliance Director, Financial Director, Business Analysis Director and general management positions for Forester UK Group, PPP Lifetime Care and Manulife Group.

He is a qualified chartered accountant and a Member of the Association of Chartered Accountants.

Phil Harriman has extensive experience delivering sales and marketing strategies. He has managed significant change projects including merger integration, technology roll-out and new distribution channels including affinity groups, web based sales and contact centres.

Phil has over 30 years senior management experience in financial services, previously working for Leeds Permanent Building Society, Halifax PLC and Britannic Assurance.

Phil is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Banking and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Terry Niel has considerable experience in delivering large process improvement and re-engineering projects and, managing planning and implementation teams.

Terry has over 20 years experience in senior management roles for financial services companies including Britannic Assurance, Confederation Life Insurance Company and Bristol & West Building Society.

Ken Davies specialises in regulation to support strategic and operational change. He creates practical solutions to problems in rapidly changing regulatory business environments, closely liaising with Directors and Management.

Ken has over 20 years experience in financial services previously holding senior compliance and legal positions with Zurich Financial Services, PPP Lifetime Care, Black Horse Financial Services and Manufacturers Life Assurance Company.

Ken is a past President of The Compliance Institute.

Stephen Laurie specialises in actuarial management of companies, with a bias towards strategic business models, valuation work, systems and product design and, marketing.

Stephen has over 25 years financial services experience, working for Bankers Life Assurance, PPP Lifetime Care, Aegon Life Assurance and Windsor Life.

He is an appointed actuary.

Peter Morton is a highly experienced manager with expertise in business planning and analysis, project and programme design, development and management, plus operation management and business re-engineering.

Peter has held senior research, management and marketing analyst roles for Eagle Star Insurance, Whitbread and British Airways, plus other major financial institutions in the UK and Eire.

Joseph Morgan is an exceptional senior programme manager. He is experienced in creating and managing major change programmes in the UK and abroad, building and leading multi-discipline teams to implement initiatives. His specialist skills include outsourcing, e-commerce and product launches, point of sale system development, marketing and delivery.

In a career spanning 35 years, Joseph has been Managing Director of a sizeable IT company and has spearheaded large programme management initiatives for various financial services companies including Egg France, Clerical Medical Europe, Prudential Europe, Canada Life and Allied Dunbar.

Paul Turner is a financial management and IT specialist, with expertise in implementing a range of accounting systems to improve financial controls. He has substantial experience in change management, process re-engineering, systems implementation and outsourcing.

Teresa Harris is a marketing specialist with particular expertise in customer relationship management, communication and sales campaign planning and execution.

In a career spanning 20 years, Teresa has worked for several financial services companies including Chase De Vere and Britannic Assurance.

Nigel Payne specialises in the management and organisation of major process re-engineering and IT change programmes. He has strong planning, analytical and facilitation skills.
